President / Founder
Ruth Mosley
MACM, BSN, RN
A Mother of 3 and Minister of the Gospel, Ruth Mosley works full-time as the Director of Nursing at a local company managing a team of RNs and Medical Technicians. Although employed fulltime, she continues to share the love of Jesus wherever she goes. In October 2019, she completed seminary and received her Master's in Christian Ministry specializing in Pastoral Counseling.
Ruth Mosley never stops demonstrating the love of God. It is evident in her walk that she is a servant of God who loves people. As a single mother, she understands the trials of life and brings a vast array of skills to share with other parents as well as the children.
In 2021, Pastor Mosley opened El Roi Lighthouse, a non-denominational place for every and all to be a part of a loving community. Pastor Mosley believes all the skills and experiences of her life has created her to be the Woman of God she is today.
Vice President
Joseline Josue-Edwards
A Mother of 5, wife, mentor, and the Youth Director at El Roi Lighthouse, Mrs. Josue-Edwards is employed as a Certified Medical Coder and Biller for 9 years which is a competitive field that has provided her with a number of critical skills such as attention to detail, discretion, organization skills, time management, and writing skills. She joins the Board bringing her love for children and youth, especially those who have been abandoned, neglected, and abused. Her life experiences of being raised out of the home makes her an invaluable asset to the team as she shines her light bright for the organizational cause. Mrs. Josue-Edwards promotes self-love and care, as she believes is a vital key for children to know they are valuable.

Jennifer Jean-Baptiste
Founder and Owner of JB Financial Skills and Access LLC (http://www.j-bfinancial.com) Ms. Jean-Baptiste has been working in public accounting since 2010. A devoted mother of 1, her naturally nurturing spirit has connected her to the organization through friendship. Her faith and dedication to mental wellness have been the foundation of her ability to create safe spaces for people in her life. She joined the organization offering her expertise in financial management. Ms. Jean-Baptiste volunteers her skills keeping the organization financially sound and within targeted budgets.
Director, Youth Services
Shayla Thomas, BS
The love for children and youth has lead Ms. Thomas into the field of Social Work. Her determination to change the trajectory of a young persons future to one of hope and love has brought Ms. Thomas to this organization.
Taking her responsibility for the development and coordination of programs related to the social problems and needs of youth seriously, Ms. Thomas continues to focus on building relationships with other organizations within our community.
Director, Training and Development
David Montague
A former Training Manager for British Airways, Mr. Montague was responsible for training delivery and staff development with mainline and contractor staff in the United States and other countries.
He is a Certified Instructor/Facilitator from Langevin Learning Services and former NYC Board of Education / Corporate Partnership Mentor- Vetted and Certified to work with High School Teens Mentor program.
Committed Christian - former Vice-Chairman of Deacon Board at Beulah Baptist Church and Men's Ministry Leader in Harlem New York. Mr. Montague offers an extensive knowledge regarding Mentoring and Education.
Administrative Secretary
Naomi Mosley
Naomi dedicated her life to the Lord at the age of 24. God has been faithful through her journey even when she was not. He re-introduced her to His Love and has called her to this corporation. She brings 17 years of administrative experience to the table with an expertise in scheduling and details. She taught Children's Church and has dabbled as an instructor in the adult education arena. Because of her dedication to the well-being of children, she is also a volunteer for the Guardian Ad Litem program 19th circuit. Ms. Mosley has earned an Associated in Applied Science from Keiser University and three certifications through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
